Our restaurant project ‘8’ has been entered into the prestigious Restaurant & Bar Design Awards for 2021. Category : “In Another Space”.
A restaurant within a restaurant…
Encapsulated in a restaurant in the ICC, the site has no ‘street’ presence or public footfall. FiFi needed to design an experiential room with talking points capable of generating attention without any physical visibility into the venue.
The brief…
… to celebrate the number 8, which serendipitously features throughout Chef Andrew Sheridan’s career. To create a captivating & immersive space which is energetic and accentuates the conceptual gastronomy.
