Our process has 3 distinct stages.
Imagine
We work with you to understand your brand and customer. We discuss a fee proposal and agree a brief.
We explore creative concepts of how to achieve this, offering solutions and inspiration.
We bring the proposed vision to life with sketches, illustrations, photorealistic visualisations and layouts in a detailed design presentation.
Refine
Once the creative vision has been set, we create mood boards to show the materials, colours and textures we’ll be working with.
We then make detailed plans and timelines, including technical drawings for any construction, and generating itemised schedules for lighting, furniture and planting etc.
At this stage we choose details down to soft furnishings and smaller items to create the perfect ambiance.
Build
Now we bring the carefully scheduled plans to life, with a seamless and hassle-free process.
We take care of all designer-led items and arrange and oversee their delivery & installation. We liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and contractors to ensure a smooth handover.
We also offer a full aftercare service and guidance on maintenance to make sure everything is up to our exacting standards.

As a boutique agency, we’re fully flexible, adapting our services to your individual project needs. This can include licensing, managing planning applications and undertaking surveys.
We also partner with branding and design specialists to help bring your vision to life through logo, naming and web design. It can be very powerful to work on this in tandem with the space to create a unified image.
