Working with Chef Paul Foster, FiFi Interiors have designed a new look for Michelin Star restaurant ‘Salt’ in Stratford Upon Avon.

The brief was to highlight the historic charm and character of the existing building whilst elevating the restaurant space with contemporary elements. The aim was to maintain the existing essence of the brand and business but refresh the interior and introduce new design elements.

We created a welcoming, rustic and effortless space which adapts with the changing light throughout the day to provide a beautiful dining experience for diners. An inciting glow is produced through layered lighting design and reflective materials further enhance this.
