Pulperia Restaurant
Working with Michelin Star Chef, Aktar Islam, our FIFI team has created the interior design concept for the third venue in the AI portfolio of restaurants.
Pulperia is located in the heart of Birmingham, nestled in the prime spot of Brindleyplace.
The concept is inspired by Aktar’s extensive travel to Mendoza and Buenos Aires and his love & passion for Argentinian culture and cuisine.
The interior design concept for the venue celebrates the magic of Argentina and provides the perfect backdrop to the food and drink offer that Aktar delivers.

The FIFI team have a bursting passion for interiors and choosing each individual material & finish is all part of the fun! We love to get creative and try out different combinations.
With rich, textured, leathers & monochrome solid surfaces. Each element combines harmoniously to create the overall warm and alluring concept.
