This one's special. FiFi have worked alongside Chef Tom Shepherd since day one, from his debut restaurant in Lichfield through the extension, and now this, the third phase of Upstairs' evolution. Watching a space (and a partnership) grow like this over the years is exactly the kind of long-term relationship we love building with our clients.

Staffordshire's first and only 1 Michelin Star restaurant hasn't stood still since it opened its doors, and neither have we. Each phase has been about refining what already works, keeping the space feeling fresh and current while staying true to the warmth and character that made Upstairs special from the start.
